Each July, the Deal Center hosts the two-day Governor’s Summit on Early Language and Literacy at Georgia College & State University to bring together leading researchers, policymakers, and innovators from across the state. Conference content showcases current research, practice, and policy related to early language and literacy development from birth through age eight.

Registration includes:

  • Access to three keynotes, three spotlights, 10 breakout sessions, and all other speakers

  • Networking with leading literacy experts and researchers

  • Hands-on workshops and interactive learning

  • Breakfast and lunch both days
